A colorful carnival poster with circus tents and fireworks.The Herkimer Salvation Army is hosting a Back to School Carnival 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30 at 431 N. Prospect St., Herkimer. There will be kids' games, popcorn, lots of fun, and back-to-school supplies.
